SCHEDULE OF THE COMPETITION – 2023

| October 6th | Last day to register (until 23:59, UTC -5) |
| October 7th | Publication of the first case study |
| October 8th | Question period on the first case study |
| October 14th | Submission of the first written report – maximum 2 pages and 3 appendix |
| October 20th | Submission of the oral presentation’s visual – maximum 12 slides on Canva or Power Point |
| October 21st |
SEMI-FINAL – Each team will have 25 minutes to present and judges will have 6 minutes to ask follow-up questions After the presentations, judges will have 60 minutes to deliberate and choose the winning team that will have the chance to continu to the finale.
The second case study will be presented at the closing ceremony |

| November 19th | Submission of the second written report – maximum 2 pages and 3 appendix |
| November 24th | Arrival of the teams at the Montreal airport (YUL) – Transport to the hotel is included |
| November 25th |
FINAL – Each team will have 25 minutes to present and judges will have 6 minutes to ask follow-up questions After the presentations, judges will have 60 minutes to deliberate and choose the winning team that will have the chance to continu to the finale.
Winning team will be announced and prizes will be distributed. A celebration cocktail will follow! |
