Most Talented Leaders Hospitality Challenge – 2023

The Most Talented Leaders Hospitality Challenge is competition that welcomes teams of hospitality students from different schools around the world. Our partners provide real life case studies based on problematics in need of solutions, therefore allowing participants to develop their leadership skills and relevant industry competencies.

This edition of the challenge will be divided into a semi-final, which will take place online, and a final, for which we would like to invite the remaining teams to meet us here, in Montreal.

Related activities include networking with other students as well as coaching sessions with our experts for better business know-how and sharing ideas and perspectives.

It is the place to be if you want to take on a new challenge. Competing with hospitality students from all over the world on real case studies, you get to show off your knowledge, have fun and most of all, learn !

MTLHC has become a perennial competition thanks to the support of ITHQ and all our partners, collaborators, sponsors and members of MTLHC community.

Registrations are open until October 12th, 2023, 12:00 pm (UTC -5).

NOVEMBER 1st – This first challenge will be executed online. The case study will be published three weeks prior and teams will be able to ask questions during specific time slots. During these three weeks, the teams will have to use their time judiciously in order to create an innovative solution to the problematic, prepare the best presentation and win over the judges. Teams will then be selected to continu to the big finale.

NOVEMBER 25th – The case study for the finale will be presented to the selected teams during the closing ceremony of the semi-final. A period of time will once again be reserved for any questions students might have. The teams will welcomed in Montreal to present their final work and meet the other teams and leaders. The winning teams will receive various prizes from our different sponsors, and all will be invited to a farewell breakfast on November 26th.
