AGEE ITHQ

L’Association générale des étudiants et étudiantes de l’ITHQ (AGEE-ITHQ) représente les étudiantes et étudiants des programmes professionnels et techniques ainsi que du Baccalauréat en gestion de l’accueil et de l’hôtellerie (BAGAH).

Les membres du comité veillent à ce que les droits des étudiants et étudiantes soient respectés, ils favorisent l’esprit de coopération et le sentiment d’appartenance entre les membres de l’AGEE, les membres des comités et les différentes cohortes, et ils organisent des événements avec les étudiants et pour les étudiants afin que tous puissent se divertir, mais également s’épanouir personnellement et professionnellement dans un environnement inclusif.

 

AEGTH

L’Association étudiante en gestion du tourisme et de l’hôtellerie (AÉGTH) représente les étudiantes et étudiants du Baccalauréat en gestion du tourisme et de l’hôtellerie ITHQ-ESG UQAM.

Créée afin de représenter les étudiants du baccalauréat en gestion du tourisme et de l’hôtellerie offert par l’École des sciences de la gestion de l’UQAM, la mission de l’Association est d’augmenter la visibilité et la notoriété du baccalauréat.

Les activités de l’Association résident principalement dans l’organisation d’événements sociaux, comme des rallyes, ayant pour but de favoriser l’intégration des nouveaux étudiants du programme, et le bal annuel des finissants. L’Association organise aussi, dans le cadre de son mandat, diverses activités favorisant les contacts entre les étudiants et le milieu professionnel.

MT Lab

MT Lab is the first startup incubator in North America dedicated to tourism, culture, and entertainment. Founded in 2017 by the Université du Québec à Montréal and Tourisme Montréal, the lab serves as a meeting place, startup accelerator, and platform for exchanges, providing a support structure to generate business growth. Each year it hosts a group of young entrepreneurs eager to learn more about developing innovative solutions.  The lab also attracts many businesses thanks to its tourism sector focus on creating inspired enterprises, supported by strategically sound leadership in Montreal and Quebec. The MTLHC features a number of MT Lab startups who will share the lessons they’ve learned along the way.
